Other Eligibility Requirements

In addition to meeting the income requirements, households must also meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Not have been evicted from public housing or a Section 8 program for drug-related activity or a violent crime
  • Not have outstanding debts to the BHA
